WHO IS SANTA CATARINA
Owners and cousins, Francisco Cortez and Jesus Hernandez, are from a small town near Mexico City. They both grew up watching their mothers and grandmothers cook and cater traditional Mexican dishes to their communities. Their family’s passion for cooking continued with them as they migrated to the United States and began entry level restaurant positions. After many years of experience and advancement, in 2011 Francisco and Jesus decided to pursue their dreams and open Santa Catarina Mexican Restaurant.
